Pickles is made by pickling young corn of Shiromitsu Torokibi, which has been featured in many major domestic media, in organic JAS certified organic pure rice vinegar, organic sugar, and lake salt of Patagonia salt lake. Normally, a corn tree has two or three fruits, but to concentrate the nutrients on one fruit, the rest is plucked. By applying a unique process called "liquid smoked" without using any chemical seasonings or fragrances, it is finished in a unique smoked flavor that has never been seen before.
